Dear Friends,
Now, as we approach one year since Thầy’s passing, our monasteries in America, Europe, and Asia thrive, offering retreats for families, teens, the young and old, where we learn to fall in love with Mother Earth, embrace and take care of climate anxiety, explore the intersection of science and meditation, cultivate creativity, and acknowledge and deepen our roots. The Mindfulness Bell also continues, now in a new design initiated by Katie Eberle and beautifully crafted by Maureen Forys and Cody Gates, brought to digital form with the good work of Maarten Hunink. Heather Weightman has graciously accepted the role of The Mindfulness Bell’s managing editor and continues to bring together the elements that make this publication possible.
May your practice of stopping, coming back to the breath, and taking each step in peace help transform division and hatred into reconciliation and healing.
With love and gratitude,
Brother Pháp Lưu
